1. Data collection

“Personal data” is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

CREATURE MARSEILLE collects personal data relating to users of the site, strictly necessary for their identification, namely:

• For a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity: surname, first name(s), date of birth, email address, telephone number and home address.

2. Use of data

The personal data collected is recorded in a computerized file. It is kept for 5 years.

To achieve the aforementioned purpose, the data collected may be transferred to third parties, in particular:

• The carrier, for delivery

• The banking platform for making online payments

Confidential data relating to the means of payment are not recorded by CREATURE MARSEILLE, nor accessible. Transactions are entirely processed by the secure payment module of our partner STRIPE.

The Client has all the rights provided for by the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2017), right of access, rectification, opposition, to be forgotten, to limitation of processing, to portability, information and communication.

CREATURE MARSEILLE reserves the right to use data concerning the Client and collected on the site in the following manner:

To ensure that the content of the site is presented in the most effective manner (display, navigation, etc.);

• To fulfill the obligations arising from the contract concluded between CREATURE MARSEILLE and the Client

• To enable the Client to participate interactively in the services of the site, when he chooses to participate

• To inform the Customer of any changes to the Site's offering

In addition to the collection of personal data via the form that the Customer completes online for all useful purposes (subscription to offers, newsletters, etc.), data may also be collected when browsing the site via a cookie installed on the Customer's and/or Visitor's computer.
